As a highly skilled leader, Kurtis is responsible for the completion of all construction projects. His hands-on approach drives our company to achieve and maintain high standards of performance. He is a graduate of Campbell University in Buies Creek North Carolina and received a master’s degree from St. Francis University, Loretto Pa. Kurtis holds the construction licenses for Straw Construction Co., Inc. in West Virginia, Virginia, Ohio, and Maryland. At Straw Construction Co., Inc., Brock oversees all aspects of project estimation from takeoff to final pricing. His comprehensive knowledge and ability to deliver precise estimates ensures project success from start to completion. He has an intense understanding of the unique challenges of each project and is committed to seeing that every project is completed to the highest standards. Adam has worked in the construction industry for seven years. With his comprehensive knowledge of field construction with an emphasis in utility piping, he has a great understanding of the requirements to successfully complete a construction project. As a Project Manager, Adam’s attention to detail ensures all field personnel have the necessary materials and equipment required to complete daily tasks and scheduled activities. He is also a licensed FAA 107 Drone Pilot.

For over 26 years with Straw Construction Co., Inc., Annie has been responsible for the Company's financial functions, including accounting, taxes, and financial reporting. She serves as Assistant to the President and Vice President as well as the Company’s Corporate Secretary and Notary. At Straw Construction Co., Inc., Carly is responsible for processing weekly Payroll and Accounts Payable. She joined Straw Construction Co., Inc in 2023 with experience in Payroll/Human Resources, Recruiting, and Banking. Carly has become an important part of the day to day operations of the Company.
